From start to finish they are just great to work with. They respond to phone calls promptly, they schedule service calls as quickly as possible depending on the nature of your call. They come on time, do great work and leave things neat and clean. They are pleasant, smart, great at diagnosing and repairing difficult problems. Prices are very reasonable and they don't charge you for every little thing.

Joe came out to the house to give us an estimate and I was encouraged by his past experience and knowledge. He scoped out the job and provided an estimate within 48 hours. I initially had some sticker shock, but in retrospect I think the price was reasonable and we do not regret making this investment in the slightest. Joe and his son were able to start the job very quickly after we agreed to the price and it took them about a week to complete it. The installation of the ducting was very hot, dirty, uncomfortable work but they did a great job working around constraints I imposed on them (I didn't want my basement workshop to be cluttered with ducting hanging from the ceiling so they routed it all around the perimeter). They managed to install air outlets in fairly unobtrusive locations in all the rooms. The system works great, and we absolutely love it. We are much happier coming home to a nice cool house and being able to sleep comfortably at night. This was a great investment and All-Weather did a great job.

Overall the job went very well. It was well planned and material was pre-staged before starting installation. They have a small but experienced installation crew with the right mix of skills needed to do the installation without delays waiting for an electrician or carpenter. I have a ranch style home and they installed about 25 inlet ducts around the house, including some in the basement and on the breezeway, 3 return ducts, the Space Pak equipment in the attic, and the outdoor unit. I never had to move anything. They took care of everything with minimal disruption to the house and always did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day. They started on the hottest day of the year. The temperature was over 100 degrees outside, probably about 120 degrees in my attic. But they finished the job as scheduled. Overall they were easy to work with, very friendly and customer oriented. It has been about a month since the installation. The system works great and there was no rework needed.

Joe came over to give an estimate, he was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. When it came time to sign the contract and give a deposit, he came over with his son who went over the plan and contract in detail. The work was done efficiently, on time and just as described. Everything is working and I really could not have asked for more! They even installed a vent cover over my bathroom fan for free!

The service man I had to come, looked at my furnace from All-Weather Heating and Air Conditioning. He was very honest, he was able to fix my existing furnace, when he could have sold me a new one. They were respectful and very polite.
