All Pro came when they said, they protected the plants, and cleaned only what was supposed to get cleaned. My husband thought it was a good price and I would recommend All Pro to others.

All Pro was used probably a couple years ago, two years ago. They came over, they looked at the roof and they surveyed it and they told me exactly what had to be done to clean it. We did have issues with the roof as far as they had some spotting on there, mold and mildew and what they call liken, it's like green spots that get on your roof. Basically told us what we had and how we had we had to get rid of it and take care of it also the damage that it would cause if it was left untreated. And actually went up on the roof myself and moved some of the spotting and saw how it was eating through the shingles so I could verify what he was saying as far as doing the roof damage, they damage the actual shingles, they were truthful as far as that from what I could see. They came in, they did the job, they sectioned everything off so there wouldn't be any run off on my plants, it wouldn't kill or injure any of the plants. They were pretty good about doing that. They came in and you would never know they were there. The roof looked like it was brand new when they were done. I was very happy with that. They really did a good job and explained everything. Did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Roof was covered in lichen and moss. The moss had pretty much grown to the point that it was clogging the venting at the peak of the roof. All-Pro staff brought it back to new condition. They were courteous and professional. Arrived on time. They also cleaned up the patio and ground of debris when the washing was completed. I'd definitely recommend and hire them again.
