Brian responded promptly (within 24 hrs) to my email request to call and provide a quote to remove an oil tank and remaining fuel. We set a date and time and Brian indicated he would call the day before to confirm the time. That is exactly what he did and he actually arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. He proceeded with the job in an efficient and professional manner. Other than the tank is no longer there you would never have known he was ever on the property. He made sure that there were no spills or damage during the removal process. I can't speak highly enough of the experience. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.

My experience with Brian was excellent in every respect. Responded promptly to request, provided quotation over the phone, confirmed appointment day before service, arrived promptly at expected time. Working with one helper, removed large oil tank (no longer in use, converted to gas many years ago) and completed entire job in about two hours. Laid out drop cloths to manage any mess. Brian is a great guy. When my oil tank started leaking and I decided to convert to gas my heating co. tried to fleece me. Brian checked out my tank and gave me a patch to hold me over for free, saving me the unnecessary expense of $600 the heating company was going to charge. When my gas conversion was complete he removed my old tank promptly and professionally. Oh yeah and did I mention he does it for 25 to 30% less than others quoted? If you need an oil tank removed call Brian - can't get a better guy.

I can't say enough good things about Brian's work. He returned my initial inquiry (sent via Angie's List messaging) within hours, and came to the house the next day to assess the job and give me an estimate. He was professional, thorough in his communications - calling me prior to arrival to confirm and explaining each step of the job - and very friendly. On the day the work was done, he and his partner arrived on time, used plenty of drop cloths and rugs to protect our hardwood floors, and made dismantling and removing a very heavy oil tank look like it was easy. We don't have a bulkhead, so this thing had to be maneuvered up a narrow cellar stair case and carted out through our kitchen! He cleaned up after himself and there wasn't a drop of oil. Brian was great. On time and neat. Pumped out old oil from tank cut tank in half also removed fill pipes and cemented holes in foundation. Called in advance and day of removal to confirm. Very professional. Would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service. Removed the two tanks, cemented the holes in wall after removing pipes from outside. Cleaned up after himself. Even came back to fix a storm window for the basement. Showed up when promised, call day before to confirm job for the next day.

Excellent job. Brian took his time dismantling the piping, cut the tank in half, removed the residual oil and cleaned the tank before carefully removing it.

Overall the experience was excellent. Brian was able to remove the tank without any damage to my home or making a mess. It was partially behind a wall, so it was no easy task. Other people said I had to take down the wall, but Brian did it without a hassle. He was extremely professional and explained in detail how he was going to remove the tank prior to taking action. He is very courtesy and mindful of your home, treats it like his own. I would highly recommend him in the future.

Brian was great. He came by to check out my situation and scheduled to come back a few days later and complete the work.
He drained the remaining oil, cut the tank in half and cleaned out the gunk in the bottom before hauling the pieces away. No mess left behind. If you need this service, I can't imagine you could find someone better or more affordable. I have already recommended him twice.

Brian returned within 5 days and removed the tank within two hours. He covered any carpeting, pumped out the residual oil in the tank, removed the sludge from the bottom of the tank, patched all holes in the foundation when the pipes were removed, and then cleaned up after himself. Couldn't have asked for a better job even if we had paid twice as much. We couldn't be happier.
