AA/THRIFTY SIGN & AWNING

From initial contact all the way through today (receipt of finished product) I found them exceedingly helpful. From initial contact with Linda to detail reviews with Robert their Art director I knew that we were in good hands for sure. Nothing helter skelter about this outfit. They really did a superb job throught the whole process of which I am grateful. The job came in under the estimate and they passed that savings along!...who the h*** does that these days?! Will definately use them again for signage, lettering and the like.

I called these people to mount some pre made awnings on my building. The foreman indicated that becuase the mounting of the fabric on the frames was not as tight as it should have been, they would have to be re tightened. I asked him about cost, he said he would be fair(mistake #1). It took them 4 weeks to come and pick up the awnings to mount. They loaded them on their truck. The foreman and one of his workers were present. They looked over the awnings. After they mounted them on the building, it appears they did a good job of mounting them. I tried to contact them to discuss what they had done, but again it took nearly 3-4 weeks of phone calls. I finally told the girls in the office(they were very nice) that until he called I wouldn't pay the bill. When he finally called a few days later, he said that he was unable to re stretch them. I was angry that I hadn't been told prior to putting them up. That would have given me the opportunity to try another approach. But they put them up anyway. In the meantime he got really cocky with me about not calling me back, saying that he wasn't sure what I expected, but he was too busy to make phone calls. Needless to say, I'm not happy with either their service or their in ability to communicate. I would not use them again.
