Thomas was wonderful to work with. He took time to explain everything he was doing. He knew we had time constraints as we were trying to fix up my Dad's home for his 90th Birthday Party. Thomas went above and beyond in getting everything done so efficiently. He is now on my speed dial! I highly recommend him without reservation.

Tom showde up to look at the job, determine my needs and provide an estimate. His estimate was quick in coming and very reasonable. During Our initial meeting he described what he would do and, on the day of installation, he did an excellent job. And his estimate was on the mark.

Tom was great.  He was very transparent during the initial phone call in explaining everything and how he operates.  He was very accommodating in scheduling, and kept me informed through phone calls all the way up to his arrival.

Upon arrival, Tom did a great assessment to understand the problem and then got right to work.  He was courteous, respectful of my house/belongings and completed the job as promised.

I would use Tom again for any repair around the house that I could not handle (I have basic handyman skills) and if I lived in the area I would use him for property management, which I believe is the majority of his business.

Very good service, prompt, reasonable price.  Took care of everything and left no mess.

Arrived promptly. Ensured floors were protected from debris. Removed all debris from work site. Took great care not to disturb features I wanted to retain. Protected copper pan from damage. Was speedy, thorough, unfailingly polite. Although original quote was $250, I added $25 in recognition of a job well done. Will definitely use his services again.

Arrived on time. Got to work immediately and finished the task in a timely manner.

I was so happy with the work that Tom did for me in the fall that he was my first and only choice to install a pair of ceiling fans. He was once again extremely prompt, courteous, professional, and kind and did an outstanding job installing the fans. He was careful to inspect the attachments for the ceiling fixture boxes and ensure that they could support the fans. His work was meticulous!

Tom was fantastic to deal with. He was very responsive, courteous and professional. He was also tremendously patient as I kept adding things to his "to do" list for me! The quality of his work was outstanding and he obviously took a great deal of pride in his work. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his interest in looking for workable solutions (not necessarily the most expensive solutions!) to the problems in my house. I would absolutely ask him back (I've already got another lengthy "to do" list) and have recommended him to a number of friends.

The work was performed on-time, under the original estimate and Mr. Blouin was courteous and professional at all times.
