Sergio the technician came and serviced our property as he does monthly. He always asks if there is a problem and then cheerfully goes about his work.

I used their services for almost 10 years. They did show up on time to their appointments, but they are horrific! They were overpriced and the manager is nasty to deal with. I encountered several different issues with their services.

SHS Pest Control were very good. They're very professional and courteous. The work was completed in a timely manner. The only thing negative I would say is the communication initially wasn't very good, but otherwise, they were very good.

My house is old. It has a field mouse problem. SHS has managed to keep everything under control so it is not a problem!

I've had them for a couple of years and they've just been great. It was very affordable. I thought it was going to be several thousands of dollars but it only ended up being a few hundred.

WE WERE HAPPY TO GET RID OF THEM. THEY SHOWED UP RIGHT AWAY AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM WITH ONE TREATMENT. THEY DID SAY THAT THEY WOULD RETURN FOR NO CHARGE IF THEY CAME BACK.
