The initial contact was for the owner to repair a platform rocker (broken springs) - his price quote was $ 75, (a fair price).. He came out on Saturday to review the chair, and then promised to pick it up the next Monday. I asked about replacing the six cushions on a rattan couch - his estimate was $ 750, also a fair price. My reason for the 'F' rating is b/c he did not come Monday and did not call. I called Tuesday, and he said he would come Wednesday. Again, he failed to come; and did not call. I called him again, and he said he would come - for the fourth time, he failed to come, without the courtesy of a call. So - he stood me up at least four times, without a call. Two weeks later, he still hasn't called with an explanation or apology. Since he does not have a website,or a phone listing, the only way for me to contact him is to go to his place of business; I decided not to, and used another upholster. I have no comments on his quality of work, since he did not do any for me. Awful; I went to place of business and described the task. Owner came to house to review. he then made at least four specific dates and times to pick up the couch and provide samples. He never came, and never called or apologized for not coming. After a week delay, I decided to have another upholster do the job for less money and better service. Note - There is no phone number available. One I provided is b/c the Angie web site requires one to continue.
