I have used them for a few years. I like that he knows I am a senior citizen, and I get paid once a month, so when we go there, he allows you to date a check for whenever you expect the other one to come in. If you go on the 12th and you are not getting your check until the 17th, he lets you date the check for the 17th. He is very accommodating. He is good with the animal and he is good with people. If the staff have an animal, so there is a whole bunch of animals walking around where the girls are.

I called and immediately got an appointment, being from the animal "field" myself I know how difficult it can be to get into a good vet on such short notice. We headed over and arrived within 15 minutes! Upon entering the facility I IMMEDIATELY noticed how filthy dirty it was, and when I say filthy I mean TOTALLY disgusting. I began to wonder if there are any health guidelines for animal clinics as there are for human doctors offices:/ We were greeted by a rude receptionist with quite the little attitude on her. Eventually we were put into an open room and waited for the vet to come. The room was far worse then the lobby. I have NEVER seen any kind of "professional" OR health related office/building with such poor maitenence and blatant lack of cleaning or disinfecting. The rusty sink had clumps of hair in it and smears of blood, there was urine all over the floor and streaks of blood from other "patients". There were nail clippings and stitches everywhere (stitches that had been removed). The "sanitary" tool used to poke and examine my dog was rusted and cause for concern as I thought my dog could get an infection from that alone. There was no vet tech to assist in holding my dog during the examination so I had to hold him myself. The doctor I saw was very nice and seemed knowledgable, however his bedside manners were quickly negated by how terribly disgusting the facility is. Also you may notice upon walking in that employees are allowed to bring their animals to work, try keeping YOUR wounded dog calm when there are 7 or 8 dogs behind the counter barking in tandem:-(
