 + -1 moreTHEY DIDN'T CLEAN THE BOILER AS WELL AS I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE. WE USED THEM FOR SEVEN YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS. THIS LAST TIME, I FELT AS IF THEY WERE RIPPING ME OFF AND DOING A POOR JOB.
