David is a sociopath. He started off fine as time went on he delayed and stalled the project. Lied about work done, stole materials and ultimately had to be fired.

He is a true master carpenter. He can really do anything. He can do antique restoration of homes. I cannot describe the level that this guy is at. He can actually duplicate scroll staircases. He does very detailed quality work and he does a lot of high end contracting. He's awesome. He's beyond great; he's the best around. He is the first person I would call.
