Extremely satisfied. The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Honestly, I don't know whether their prices are competitive - I was recommended to them initially and that's why I go. They aren't that close for me, so multiple trips aren't always convenient, but they do their best to provide top notch service, and that means a lot. As for the defective drive, they had tested it and it worked for them - I had trouble once I brought it home, and when I brought it back, they discovered that it was defective.
