 + -1 moreExtremely satisfied. The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Honestly, I don't know whether their prices are competitive - I was recommended to them initially and that's why I go. They aren't that close for me, so multiple trips aren't always convenient, but they do their best to provide top notch service, and that means a lot. As for the defective drive, they had tested it and it worked for them - I had trouble once I brought it home, and when I brought it back, they discovered that it was defective.
Description of Work: This was not the first time I've had service done at this business. Each time it's been for hardware problems. This time, it turns out that my power supply had fried, and in turn my hard drive died. I was afraid I'd have to ship the drive to a company specializing in data recovery, but they were able to recover my data, replace the drive and install a new power supply. It also turned out that the new drive was defective, but I brought it back, they repaired it again and replaced the drive for no added cost.
