Simon communicated promptly and professionally exactly when he was available. He texted me the day of the appointment and was in time to the minute and very thorough. He not only serviced my AC bit explained how to change my filter.

Simon is very polite, prompt and professional in his work. Originally he had planned to come a day earlier but his schedule ran over and he promptly let me know and we set a new time. Simon quickly looked at the problem, gave me some clear options and then he fixed it within 30 minutes. Great guy. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Would use him again for sure.

I had gotten 3 estimates so far and Simon was my last. Simon gave me an option that none of the others had given me. I appreciated that he took the time to educate me on the different options and then let me choose. He is very personable and did an excellent job. He not only made the hook up work, but built a back board to hide the plumbing work and after noticing the lighting was bad, put in a light that makes the whole space so much nicer! He left everything clean and tidy. I will absolutely call him in the future!
