Excellent. Rick & his team did an excellent job on several fronts: -Service - They were responsive, reliable, and dependable. I didn't need to worry about if they would show up, if they would be respectful, etc. They always responded within 24 hours, and communicated throughout the installation (pre- and post). -Expertise / Knowledge - They absolutely know their craft - on the A/C side, it was clear that the team had installed several (probably over 50) units in the past, so this was a straightforward job for them, outside of some nuances specific to the brand. They also came by a few months later for a second job on the heating side, and took care of business, leaving me with confidence. -Price - The pricing was reasonable and competitive for what I would expect the job to cost, and also for what they were priced in comparison to their market competitors. Would absolutely hire again - and probably will soon!

They were great. I needed a new thermostat for my boiler. They walked me thru the process, and suggested that I get the boiler cleaned which I will have them do. I will now use them exclusively with regards to anything that has to do with the heating of my home.

When I called Rick said he had a lot of large jobs scheduled (about a month lead time) but when I explained the problem he said it could be a quick fix so he would come by in three days and take a look. He arrived promptly, asked a few questions, and then got to work and twenty minutes later they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very pleasant to deal with and the price was more than reasonable.

They were great. It was a fair price, they did the job quick including a few extras I wasn't expecting and cleaned up well. I was very happy, they're just the kind of company people are looking for.
