Extremely well! Ana has worked for us for over 8 years. I have found her to be very reliable and trustworthy. She has several people who work for her, and all members of her team have been hard working and courteous. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a housekeeper.

Ana is terrific in every way. She and her crew are extremely friendly and always pleasant. They always arrive as planned and have been extremely flexible when I have needed to change the schedule. Her rates are reasonable and she always does a thorough, conscientious job. I trust her completely and have recommended her to others on several occasions.

We have been thrilled. She always shows up, does a wonderful, thorough job and is completely trustworthy. We are often not home when her and her helpers clean the house and we have never had a problem. Long ago, we learned we can allow her to let herself in. The job is done just as well as if we had been there. She works hard and efficiently, and we could not recommend her any more highly.

Ana and her helper cleaned my house for about six months. At the beginning I thought she was doing a good job... but after a while the job seemed rushed. Things were left unfinished. Items weren't returned to their location. Doors that were closed originally were left open. Trash cans without liners. I expected them in my house between 3-4 hours each time and I learned they were in and out under 2 hours. She kept changing the time on me when I told her I was looking for consistency. Ultimately, she entered my house a day ahead of schedule when I wasn't home. When I asked her about it she lied to me and tried to tell me it was always the other day unless she needed to come a day late. I was tired of the communication "misunderstandings" and asked to have a meeting with her which she delayed once and didn't bother showing up for when rescheduled. I would not recommend her at all.

Ana and her team were amazing. She was very responsive and fit us into their schedule, even though this may be a one time cleaning, or a very periodic cleaning. Her and her team did a fantastic job, and I am so thankful. I am now trying to convince the roommates that they should consider using her on a regular basis for all of the common areas themselves. They live there, and I don't, but it would be well worth it (in cost, time and quality of service) for them to have her come in to keep it clean and so they can enjoy the house more. I strongly recommend Ana and her team, and am so happy to have found a company that can help me, and I can depend on, when needed.

As I mentioned above, Ana came on time and was very knowledgeable about how to clean different surfaces and what products to use.  She really went the extra mile cleaning my entire house and was very flexible with when she could come.  Besides being a fantastic cleaner, she is also very affable.  I highly recommend the cleaning services of this company!  The price was right for cleaning of an entire house !

Ana does a great job cleaning our home. She is professional, considerate and strives to do an excellent job every time. She encourages her clients to inform her if there are areas to focus on. She is also wonderful with pets (we have a dog and two cats).

She is very particular about who she hires to work with her and she is always one of the people doing the work herself. She is punctual to within a 15 min time frame. Sometimes she needs to ask for modifications to the usual time but is very flexible about making it up. She is happy to let herself in or work with people who would prefer to let her in. Her price is reasonable for the size of the job and the quality of her work. She is also very understanding about houses with kids in them. When she first started cleaning I always knew she'd been there because something that I didn't even really consider dirty suddenly looked sparkly clean. I highly recommend her without reservation.
