Auto Tires
Their agreement was that you buy four tires you get a front wheel alignment. Well i had just had a front wheel alignment performed from someone else a month earlier, and I asked the salesman if I could get the alignment in the future. He told me that would not be a problem that he would add it to the sales agreement that I would come back at a later date to have the alignment performed.
When that day came they told that they could not do that even though it was in the agreement. i could of pursued this but why bother they just lost a customer plus everyone else I tell.

Auto Tires
This was a great experience. I couldn't believe I had a flat at my office up the road. I put the spare on in my office parking lot, drove up the road and they were happy to complete the patch. I only waited a few minutes and they offered to take the spare off and mount the tire at no additional charge. I was pleased and will undoubtedly go to them again if I find myself with a flat that needs patching.
