Went great. They were on time, did the job efficiently and safely, cleaned up very well. The workers were easy to deal with and were open to requests. After the large tree was removed, we asked if they could cut the remaining trunk more closely to the ground and they were able to do that.

Moral of the story...pay peanuts and get monkeys. Carl sucked me in with a cheap quote and I fell hook line and sinker.
They guys removed my tree in the backyard for a great price. When they were wrapping up the job they destroyed my driveway and broke a walkway stone. When I brought it to Carl's attention he said so what the house isn't that nice. I could have put down protection but figured because the house was old it wasn't worth it. A job that was cheap has now cost me double with the repair of the driveway and walkway.
Don't ever uses this guy. Check his yelp or yellow page reviews and you will see the same story. Not to mention the BBB says he is not even accredited by them. I should have don't my homework so don't make my mistake.

Timber Tree is efficient and charges reasonable rates. Estimates done with minimum delay. Their equipment allows several workers to perform various tasks at once. They always have cleaned up branches and debris in an excellent fashion. Tree stump removal has always been done to perfection.

I called timber tree service for an estimate. They came over the same day to estimate. We agreed on a date. They showed up right on time. They removed a tree that was growing through the electrical wires. The whole job was completed in a couple of hours. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. They have removed trees for me before, and have always done a great job. i would highly recommend them.

I had called many tree services and didn't have luck with them returning my phone calls or showing up when promised.
I called Timber Tree Service and was able to talk to a friendly person of their office staff and was able to set up an appointment. Carl came out timely and as scheduled.
After dealing with unreliable call backs and outragous estimates, my husband met with Carl and agreed to the estimate on the spot. He was knowledgable and confident. We just had our dirveway replaced and he knew how to get the stump grinder in my back yard without accessing my driveway.
Timber Tree Service did an AMAZING job. Their staff was professional and courteous. They made it look so easy due to the skills of the employees they have working for them. We have power lines and a neighbors house very close and they removed the tree with no damage to anything. They did a great job on the stump that was gigantic and checked with my husband to make sure it was to his satisfaction. They did a perfect job cleaning up to (and there was lots to clean) In addition, last minute we requested a 6and quot; slab of the tree and stem so we could make a table and they did that too!
I would HIGHLY recommend this company and I will use them again should the need arise. I am very happy with our decision to use Timber Tree Service.

Good service, they were on time. They were here the next day.

The crew, Dave, Angel, and Jeff, and the owner Carl arrived early, before 8 a.m. on the scheduled day. Upon arrival they immediately set up the crane and began pruning the oak. The crane was used to hoist the large sections of the trees as well as the trimmings from the back to the front yard. All day long the crew worked hard and professionally, stopping only for a short lunch period. They continued to work even after it began raining. When finished, after 5:00 p.m., they had removed all of the tree trimmings, and logs from the premises, as well as completely cleaning up the yard. The work they performed was excellent; and the pricing was extremely competitive. We would definitely recommend them for future work. They would have finished earlier, but they also trimmed a large maple for my neighbor, which was an unscheduled task.

They returned my phone call right away. I had called a couple others and one I never heard from, and one it took them a couple of weeks to call me back. These people called right away. They scheduled something within a week. The price was good and they did a great job. They were prompt, they did what they were supposed to and cleaned up. I had no problem what so every.

Not an easy tree to bring down as they could not get equipment into the back yard. but they worked for 5 hours and it was all cleaned up and done

They are very good upfront. When they did the job it was poor. They left the tree in my yard, they left cigarette butts all over my yard, I had to follow them to their place of buisness inorder to get them to come pick up the trees. That was two weeks after they were cut.

AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR SIX MONTHS I GAVE UP. THEY LEFT MY YARD A MESS. THEY DID NOT GRIND THE STUMPS. THEY DESTROYED THE 12 FOOT HEDGE. I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX THE HEDGE AND FINISH THEIR WORK.

THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB TAKING THE DEAD TREE OUT BUT THEY PRACTICALLY KILLED OFF THE TREE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO TRIM. IT LOOKS TERRIBLE NOW! THERE IS HARDLY ANYTHING LEFT! I CALLED TO COMPLAIN BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONES VERY OFTEN.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED. I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY COULD OF CLEANED UP A LITTLE BETTER BUT, ALL IN ALL, I WAS SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID.
