+ -1 moreI have hired Yoni for many jobs over the last few years. He has completed each one in a timely fashion at a most reasonable cost. No mistakes or cost-cutting corners. He has a friendly personality, as do his assistants. Loves a good cup of coffee - preferably Columbian!
Description of Work: I have worked with Yoni Pearlman of Sterling co. since he founded the Company in 2007. He has been a General Contractor since 2004. He has performed many jobs at my house, including painting and cosmetic updates, carpentry, dry wall repair and installation of new doors. Sterling Co. installs new flooring using tiles, hardwoods, pergot and carpets as well as re-finishing old floors. Bathroom and Kitchen re-modeling is also their expertise.
