They took everything and cleaned up afterward.
What impressed me most was that during the job Shane’s cell phone rang and he did not answer it. I admire that, as many people in business are so tied into their cell phones that they re-prioritize their duties and me being the customer, would have been put aside which I would not have appreciated.
Also, when Shane gave me the estimate and I agreed that it was a good price, we made an appointment for the following Saturday; what also impressed me was that he offered to start taking some of the items right away! I would have never thought of that.
Shane and his crew were punctual and polite and got the job done much quicker than I had thought.
His estimate was spot on, as he knew how much would fit in the 20 foot trailer.
