Jessie was professional and on time. Once he was on the roof he saw more areas that needed cleaning, so he did more of the roof than was agreed upon but did not charge extra. He was not the cheapest but by far this is the best the house has ever been cleaned! I will definitely use him again next year.

Q's Pressure Washing was by far the best service provider I have used in my 27 years of home ownership. I had just opened my email from Angie's List with the results of my search request when my phone rang. Normally that annoys me no end but my deck was really dirty and I was anxious to get the job done, so I answered the phone, and I'm so glad I did. Christy was just delightful to talk to. She was efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and kind and I could tell that she was truly vested in the family business. Did I mention this all took place on Memorial Day?? Her husband, Jamie, was in my area and was going to come over to give me a quote but in the end I sent Christy dimensions and photos and she called me shortly after with a fair price, which was exactly what I was hoping to pay, and she didn't balk when I asked her to email the quote to me. Since their reviews were excellent, I looked no further and hired them on the spot. Jamie came over the following Saturday and was equally delightful. He was friendly, approachable, and explained exactly what he would be doing. I live in a condo with a composite deck and was concerned that he maintain its look and integrity. Jamie understood my concern and was diligent in his care of my property, like it was his own. He took additional care with the cement patio that is outside the lower level (I added that portion when he arrived - again, he was happy to oblige - the landscapers added too much mulch and the water pooled on the cement) and washed and squeegeed until it was clean. The job was completed in a timely and efficient manner and to my extreme pleasure, my deck and stairs look like new. I plan to keep it looking new by hiring Jamie and Christy every year!

Jamie and Dominic arrived for the estimate EARLY and did the job while they were here! We were extremely satisfied with the service, price charged/paid and clean up afterward. We were satisfied enough to negotiate a price to power wash the entire house late this year or early next. Money well spent for a job well done. We would recommend Q's to anyone looking for power washing service.
