Nexus Property Management LLC is a property management and investment company locally owned and operated in the state of Rhode Island. We provide full service professional property management for owners and also offer investment advice, property analysis, and profit forecasts for those looking to invest in real estate or owners looking to add to their portfolio. They advertise that they service all of Rhode Island - they don't. I had a piece of property in North Kingstown - they don't go there. They call themselves Nexus Rhode Island - false advertising.

Thank you [member name removed] for bringing this to our attention. We have updated our service area to more accurately describe our coverage area. In order to maintain our quality of service we offer property management for a 30 minute travel radius from our office at 420 Pawtucket Ave Pawtucket RI 02860. While we do offer tenant placement for All of Rhode Island, unfortunately you had inquired about management. While we could take on properties outside that distance we feel it would be doing a disservice to the customer due to the distance and resulting delayed response times in emergencies. We currently manage property from as far south as East Greenwich/ Coventry and up to North Atteleboro. Sorry for the confusion. Thank you and have a good day.
