Had an issue with my fridge that I had try to investigate on my own. Finally called New England Appliance to come out and repairman was so nice he listened to what I had researched and used to call Frigidaire Tech, and instead of replacing a motherboard and being hundreds of dollars found that it was a wire short and repaired it. The person was so nice and pleasant made my day, and the person on phone who i called and made appointment was also extremely pleasant. Would recommend them to anyone needing appliance help.
