Great service at a fair price! Recently, my roof suffered damage from a wind storm. After receiving several quotes, I went with NE Building and Restoration. From shingle removal, disposal and new installation of the entire roof â they were superb! I highly recommend NE Building and Restoration. Their service was excellent from the start. Iâ d like to give a big shout out for Rhode Island General Contractor, David Rosati of New England Building and Restoration for a successful roof replacement/restoration on our house in Cumberland, Rhode Island. A big storm caused considerable wind damage requiring insurance restoration, ultimately for the whole roof and gutter. From the first day to completion David and Kathleen helped us to navigate through the insurance nightmare. We couldnâ t have done it without their understanding of the insurance world and the communication needed to get it done. What is really remarkable is David was key to increasing the initial payout from the insurance company from about $190 to over $30,000! That is not a typo friends. My wife and I were astounded over the low-ball payout from our insurance company. David & team acted on our behalf and demonstrated to the Insurance company that the entire roof, gutter system, and some interior ceiling required replacement/restoration.

Our roof was damaged by wind storm in April and N.E Building and Restoration was recommended by a friend. We are so happy with the new roof. Dave is a man of his word. Dave is very personable guy, no-pressure, very professional, knows his stuff, goes above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Dave came out for a quote after me getting 3 others, went on the roof and had me come up and showed me I had wind damage. Walked me through all the steps with insurance and even came out when adjuster showed up, which was an open and shut case. Honesty is the best policy when it comes to New England building and restoration I've been screwed over four different times by four different contractors and David Today and his team are far and above phenomenal.. I did not expect to get a brand new roof but I had storm damage from all those wind storms and snow storms and whatnot over the years I got a brand new roof and all I had to do is pay the deductible on the insurance of $1,000. If youre looking to have any contracting done I highly recommend New England Building & Restoration!!!

From start to finish David was a no-pressure, hard-working, and **for the little guy**. He is the most knowledgeable person in the field as I searched out over 6 quotes and estimates for the job. I had wind damage and fallen tree damage to the garage and main house roof. He brought in his crew and worked tirelessly to get the insurance to cover what needed to be accomplished. New England Building and Remodeling, Is reasonably priced and quick roofing option. They had my roof installed within 2 weeks of my quote. They finished on time and within agreed price. Very quick and professional job. A few weeks later I had a drainage issue with the gutter they installed. They came out quickly to fix the issue. Turned out to be a birds nest which they cleaned out free of charge! Give them a call you won't be sorry.
