We are extremely pleased. Pedro spent so much time on prep. He worked with one other person 6 days a week, was polite, good-natured, hard-working. and attentive to detail. He has a strong accent, but made a point to keep communications clear. He always let us know what would come next, and was very responsive to our wishes. It took a long time, but he was pleasant to have around. He is state licensed, insured and lead-certified. I feel like I have a new house!
Wisely, he had us deal with choosing the colors on our own, and only started painting the final coat when we had made a final decision. (we did several "colors to go" with Sherwin-Williams... one warning about them... their colors to go may be for interior colors only!!!, so we went with Benjamin Moore eventually.) Pedro was helpful during the process.
I just finished going around the house making sure everything was perfect. It's been a great experience. Two thumbs up!
