After finding rot damage (due to water intrusion) on exterior wall, contacted Lemire Construction to evaluate and provide an estimate. Rick Lemire arranged to meet the following day... a Sunday. After dealing with the insurance company, Lemire performed all work within a reasonable time-frame at the estimated price. After removing all damaged wood, Rick diagnosed the water intrusion issue and made all necessary corrections to ensure it doesn't occur again. The final product looks great and blends in well with the existing walls. Highlights: Great communication - Received at least one phone call each day with an update on what was done, anything out of the ordinary and plans for the next day. Cleanliness - Site was cleaned up at the end of every day; minimal interference with our daily activities.
