King's Carpet Cleaning Inc

King's carpet was easy to reach and responsive, we had an appointment for the morning time but unfortunately their vehicle broke down and no others were free so that became a no show. The owner was apologetic and offered to to clean the carpets at no charge if we were willing to reschedule, and so we tried another day and the work completed with out issue but I paid for the service as agreed anyhow because good people should be treated the same in return.

The carpet was gross from a prior tenant and looks brand new. We were a little surprised they didnt move a few pieces of furniture in the tiled room. It isnt fully clean behind a couch and chair.

They were prompt and got right to work. My only complaint was that they didn't clean under the bed in my daughter's bedroom which could have been easily pushed aside. I would be more clear about this in the future but would re-hire them.

I LIKE USING THIS NEW COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE LOCAL. THEY WILL MOVE YOUR FURNITURE FOR YOU AND PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEY WILL ALSO CLEAN UPHOLSTERY. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS CHEAP, TOO!

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES WITH NO PROBLEMS, BUT THE LAST TIME THEY SHOWED UP LATER THAN THEY HAD TOLD ME AND THERE ARE A FEW LIGHT STAINS REMAINING. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN, BUT I HOPE THEY DO A BETTER JOB NEXT TIME.

THIS IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE BECAUSE THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE AS QUICKLY AS THEY COULD AND THEY PAID A LOT OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
