FACTORY CARPET OUTLET

The installer arrived late and did not know he had to remove furniture. So I played him the message on my answering machine. He then left to get help. Returned an hour later with his nephew. They had me on the phone and computure to the companies of the fridge and stove. I don't know why they had the mfg books. It took them a real long time to get the floor down and move the stuff back in.The first guy that had come to the house kept getting personnel phone calls and I don't mean 1 or 2. They did not push the fridge all the way in so I called and they said my husband Could fix it when he got home from work. So he did and the flooring ripped. When I called em them the next day I was put off for almost a month. When the Manager came and looked at it he said it was no problem that he could fix it, but never returned. When I called and questioned the repair I was told it was my fault and they won't fix it. It is to bad because they have a great selection of rugs and flooring and the sales girl is a wonderful person. She could answer my questions and give me suggestion. She had even tryed very hard to get someone to call me back when I had the problem with the floor. I felt bad for her because she was stuck in the middle.

They had an excellent variety of carpet. They did a very good job installing the carpet. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Their carpets were high quality but for a very good price.

Showroom had a good selection, and salesperson was very helpful. Carpet cost was very reasonable, and they were timely with their estimate and the actual installation. However, they were not very neat with the installation. I was not there to supervise, but they left staples on the floor, and pieces of carpet too.

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM UP TO GET THEM TO COME LAY THE CARPET. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY DIDN'T WANT MY BUSINESS. OTHERWISE, THINGS WENT SMOOTHLY.

THEY TOOK AWHILE TO ACTUALLY GET TO OUR PLACE TO GET IT DONE. I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A GREAT JOB ONCE THEY GOT IT DONE. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY DID GREAT WORK. I AM HAPPY WITH THEM.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY CARPETED THREE ROOMS WITH THE SAME CARPET WITHOUT HAVING TO MAKE A SINGLE CUT! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! IT LOOKS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, TOO.
