Dupuis Oil

Great! The workers were efficient, clean and professional. There was very little odor of oil which dissipated within a couple of hours.

It's $229 for a 2- year service for 2014 and 2015. They are always on time, they come when I call if I need them like an emergency service or anything else.

The price depended on the price of the oil. The service was fine. It was automatic. They are prompt, they are punctual. Their prices aren't the best so I can probably get better pricing on fuel oil and stuff, but they are one of the few companies who can service the boiler that I happen to have so I'm kind of limited. Pricing could be a little more competitive, but other than that, they are great.

I normally have them clean my oil furnace at the beginning of the season. I don?t stand over them or anything.

Just last week or the week before, I smelled fumes when I turned on the furnace. I called them to see if they could check it out. It was the same guy who came out in November. I heard him downstairs using a vacuum, and I wondered if he was cleaning it and if I needed to do it twice a year now. The guy came upstairs and said it might be coming from my chimney. I told him begged to differ, since I?d just had a chimney cap put on and they?d said it was fine. I told him that it must have needed a cleaning, since I?d heard the vacuum. He said, ?Well, there was just a little bit.? He didn?t tell me how much it would cost. I got a bill in the mail for $135 ? the price of a cleaning.

I called them up and asked to speak with them. I didn?t believe that was fair or that I owed that amount. I explained that it wasn?t the chimney, and that the issue was resolved by cleaning it, but I shouldn?t have had to get two cleanings in a season.

The head of maintenance called me and said that he couldn?t reverse the charge. I don?t think that?s right, and I won?t be using them again.

I have had multiple issues with my wall hung boiler. Dupuis came within a day or two of my call, showed up at the time and on the date they said they would and resolved all of my issues. Due to no fault of theirs, the project encountered additional work but Dupuis charged me a very fair price. I will not call another company. Dupuis performs excellent work at very fair prices and they are a local company with employees who return your calls. Great company.

The work was performed efficiently and expertly. They were very polite and kept us informed as to what they were doing. It was a very positive experience.

Do not go with DuPuis. You may like them in the beginning, but the relationship will go sour quickly. Especially if you are not a customer that requires oil fills frequently.

The reason I went with them solely because their price was decent, my dad recommended it and we could buy oil from them without entering into a service contract. Most likely I would use their services again in the future.

They are very punctual and very fair. They do excellent work. I will use their services again in the future.

Incredibly nice guys! Arrived on time, very helpful and knowledgeable, and gave great instructions on how to keep the boiler maintained.

I HAVE USED THIS OIL COMPANY FOR VERY MANY YEARS, SO WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR MY NEW FURNACE, I USED THEM. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM. THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER COMPANIES. I REALLY AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE NEW FURNACE

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD TO ME IN THE TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN USING THEM. THEY DO A GOOD JOB WITH THE FURNACE AND IT RUNS GREAT AFTER IT IS CLEANED OUT.

THE OIL PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH BUT THAT ISN'T THEIR FAULT. I HAVE HAD A CONTRACT WITH THESE GUYS FOR MANY YEARS. THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB KEEPING MY FURNACE IN TIP-TOP SHAPE.

WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THE SERVICEMAN WAS SO THOROUGH, MY HUSBAND CALLED HIS SUPERVISOR TO COMMEND HIM. THEY HAVE BEEN DEPENDABLE AND I FEEL GOOD KNOWING OUR FURNACE IS EFFICIENT.

I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THEM. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY, CHEAPLY AND THOROUGHLY. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO COME TO MY HOME FOR AS MANY YEARS THAT I LIVE.
