UPDATE 06/27/2018: The company contacted me and reimbursed the amount that was used to replace the Faucet with one that fits the holes that was cut wrong. And I am comfortable to replace the counter that they would have but I decided not push through because I don't want to have inconvenience in waiting for the whole thing to be replaced. Faucet holes cut wrong requiring Replace both Faucets of different installment configuration limiting options to allow fit .

"The showroom girl was very helpful and the prices were very competitive. I approved the granite which was 75% of the project on arrival. However, when my marble arrived and it had large irregularities (huge splotches of white), I rejected it and was told I'd have to drive 1+ hours to a yard to pick out more. Then, the price went up. The guy acted like I was very unreasonable in rejecting it. On install, they damaged the wall pretty badly when putting the granite in---they said "it's just paint, it happens", but my contractor had to re-skimcoat and paint. I would say that they were better than the place my mother used and some of my friends have had worse experiences with local vendors, but they could use some work on their process and attitude.

From beginning to end, dealing with Creative Stone Countertops was a wonderful, stress-free experience.  They were absolutely fantastic and the job was done to perfection.  It was done quickly and beautifully.  Also, after going to another vendor first, the price can't be beat.  Creative Stone was substantially less expensive.  Equally important, they were responsive and the customer service was great, which didn't happen with the other store. I can't recommend Creative Stone enough.
We ordered the New Venetian Gold granite, and they called the sales rep and had it delivered to the store.  We didn't have to travel to any distributors which would have been inconvenient for us, although I understand that with other granite colors it may have been necessary. When the slab came in, we went and made sure it was what we wanted, which it was and they even showed us the template on the granite so we could OK that.  
All in all, it was nice to be treated like we matter, and the counters are gorgeous. 

Creative Stone had the best pricing of anyone I reached out to for quotes. They offer a wide variety of granite, marble and other stone selections. I already had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but they also will send  you home with sample pieces so you can see how they will look in the space. 
The stone comes directly to their facility, which is in my vicinity. I appreciated that I did not have to go out of my way to approve my slab. Other suppliers would have had me driving 1-3 hours out of my way to assure that the granite met my criteria. 
The templating is done through the more traditional methods vs. computer file. 
We had some slight issues with the initial template, but the staff at Creative were very honest and straightforward about what happened and were great about fixing it. 
The installation went very well and the guys who did it were very pleasant. There is one seam that I wish had been in a slightly different location, but overall, it's a minor issue in an overall good experience. 

Great countertop shop. I will definitely be back.

From the initial visit to the install, everyone we worked with at Creative Stone were friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious. From the time we had the site survey done, the work was complete very quickly at with high quality. Both the staff in the office and the installers made special effort to make sure things were to our liking. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome and could not imagine having a better experience.

In a word, Excellent!.

Absolutely the best counter top folks around, and I have done a few hoses as well as a few businesses.  Fantastic work, with fantastic prices.

My new kitchen remains a pleasure to see and to enjoy every day.  My choice of WayPoint cabinets was the best choice after much searching and my contractor, who recommended Creative Stone did a tremendous job.  But I must say, when I am in my kitchen, the granite countertop is the ?jewel? of the room.   

     The folks at Creative Stone were pleasant and welcoming from the time I made my first of several visits until the job was done.  Once I decided on my final choice, Frank and Rhonda suggested I visit the distributor in Norwood where I could see many more slabs to be sure of my choice.  The people in Norwood spoke highly of Creative Stone and took pains to find two slabs that had no noticeable flaws.  They marked them as far as ?best choice? to begin the job.  

     When Creative Stone finally got the word to come in and measure the countertop they were prompt and professional.  Because they had many delays caused by the design company providing the cabinets, they made a special effort to cut the granite and deliver in a very short time so I could use my kitchen.  I was amazed to see how they managed to move and lift the three large sections and a smaller one (70 feet in all) quickly and carefully. Their installation only had two invisible seams.  I was amazed.  

     Frank not only finished the job but took the time to install the faucets and soap dispenser so that I had a working sink, without having to wait for the plumber to return.  I can?t say enough about their service, their patience and their smiling attitude.   

Would I use them again?  Absolutely!   Grade: A+
