Provider replaced the control box and noticed other problems with the system not included in the original quote. In order to correct these other problems, he needed to use his power tools, but he didn't have an extension cord and asked to borrow mine. I complied. After he left, and I rearranged items near the new control box, I saw that my extension cord was used to supply electrical power to the sprinkler system, whereas the old system was hard wired directly from its own permanent source. I believe the new system should be wired to a permanent source, rather than with an extension cord, which is very unprofessional and crude.

Father and son own the company. The son Juan came over and did a great job helping figure out and repairing the issues with my sprinklers. There was construction before I purchased my home so I had no clue the extent of the issues but Juan was thorough and efficient and made sure my system was working perfect before he left. I am usually a DIY guy but the level of service and quality of work was worth every Penny.

We have never found anyone as professional as Aqua Irrigation. They did an excellent job with our sprinkler install and we would highly recommend them for any project. Do yourself a favor and call Aqua Irrigation first. I promise you wonâ t regret it.

Can't say enough about Luis and his employees. Took the time to answer any question after completion of work and were very thorough in setting up and explaining the app. Will try to get them business in the fall when it comes time to bleed the sprinkler lines.

We needed a total audit of our sprinkler system due to landscape construction we had done over the years. Heads needed to be changed and moved and a new water line to one of the zones needed to be replaced. I made an appointment with Luis the owner of Aqua Irrigation who came to the appointment on time and never requested a different time because he was too busy or it didn’t work for him. He said he wants to run the current system to see what exactly was going on with it. I was apprehensive at first because I felt water was just going to flood everything but I understood he needed to know what exactly was going on and what was needed to fix everything. He tested everything and gave me a quote then and there so I didn’t have to wait for it. We set the appointment up for the work to be done and he showed up on time once again. He ran a new water line to one of the zones, changed numerous sprinkler heads that I knew needed replacement, and moved heads to proper locations based on the new changes to the landscape. The price was very reasonable. Someone else I had come to give me an estimate didn’t physically check the system and had told me I’d likely need a total replacement of the system. This obviously would’ve cost us much more. I found Luis to be professional, personable, honest, and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Aqua Irrigation. We’ve added them as our”go to” lawn irrigation service provider.
