Mr. Menard contacted me immediately after purchasing the special. He was able to schedule me quickly and at my convenience, arrived promptly, and proceeded to give me far more than I expected for the price paid. The bathroom was left immaculate when he left. My toilet no longer leaks. I do not have to hold down the lever for several seconds to get the toilet to flush. The toilet is straight. (Due to lousy knees and hips, I often push off the toilet to stand up which had it slanted at about a 20 degree angle.) I can now take a shower without having to jump out of the way of scalding water several times when the toilet ran. I am absolutely positive that Mr. Menard provided far more than the $200 value of the service I purchased. There was only an $18 charge for the parts he replaced. I would not hesitate to use Alan Menard Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

with their work. They were neat, courteous, and very efficient. The leak in the boiler was not even part of our initial work request, yet Mr. Menard did not hesitate to check out the problem and was able to resolve it readily. We highly recommend this father and son team.

This guy is excellent. He and his son call you back, show up on time, do beautiful work, and charge reasonable prices. He had a tough job with installing my vanity, and took his time so that it came out perfect. I could not be happier and will call him again if I need him.

Alan came the week before to check out the work and give us an estimate. He estimated a cost of about $200-250 for the job. After getting another quote, we made an appointment with Alan for a Monday afternoon. Alan called that morning and asked if he could come over early, so he came at about 10am. The repair went quickly, took about an hour, and he charged me $156, a lot less than his estimate. He was pleasant to work with and we'll definitely use him again!

It went well. Removed the old toilet and installed the new one that I had bought, I just wish they'd take the old toilet and dispose of it for the customer.

It was great! Especially with the kitchen sink installation. Alan installed a sink and disposal for us and had to cut into a cabinet to get the sink in. The sink looks fantastic and cutting into the cabinet did not cause any problems logistically or aesthetically within our kitchen.

AL AND HIS SON ERIC ARE EXCELLENT! ALWAYS ON TIME AND IN COMMUNICATION. USING THE STATE OF THE ART MATERIALS AND WORKING WITH THE HOMEOWNER AROUND STYLE AND DESIGN. REALLY GREAT!
