The work was excellent. Marcel showed up exactly on time, and was very professional and polite. We went around and showed him the doors that needed help, and he got right to work, figuring out what needed to be done for each one and fixing it. He made us a key, along with a few copies, right in his truck, and got the whole house working on one key. He had all of his tools with him, and left no mess. For the amount of work we needed done, his pricing was very reasonable. We appreciated that he was able to come over after we got out from work (early evening). There is a $50 charge for him coming over at that hour, but it was worth it. He was very transparent about this ahead of time. He was also respectful of the very old doors and doorknobs in the house, and did not insist on changing them when he determined that they could not be tweaked without disrupting their integrity.
