Dropped off my vehicle for repair on 09/5, called on 09/14 asking how repair was going, said they didn't get a chance to look at it yet. Called on 09/23, she said they would get to it "today or Monday". Called again on 09/29, lady said mid week of next week, then the older gentleman got on the phone and said they were busy with a lot of clutch jobs and someone was on vacation. They called me on 10/6 to say they wern't going to look at the vehicle, I asked why and stuttered about no one there to do diagnosis and the only one that could do it was on extended leave and didn't know when he was coming back.

They do not do anything without talking to you about it first. They will give you a quote and then, they stick by that quote. If it goes over or whatever, you still pay the same quote that they gave you. They are very fast and they can always fit you in on short notice. I had work done on the other cars and stuff and it has always been top-notched. I have been using them for probably seven years. They take AAA discount on parts. I think you get 10% off parts. I never had any problem.

These people are great! One of those family-owned businesses (father and son) that you can really trust. My car's problem was not an easy one to diagnose and these guys could have taken me to the cleaners without me knowing it. I had equally positive experiences with them before this. They are honest, competent, easy to do business with, and their rates are fair.

I like the fact that North Smithfield Automotive Center do their best to get your car in as quickly as possible. They're reasonably priced. I trust them; when I take my car there I'm not worried that they're going to charge me more. I know that when they're charging me something, they're charging me that because that's what it was. They're very customer conscious. They do everything they can to keep the repairs low-cost. They check with you all the time before they do any of the work. One of the things that I really like is that if there's something that's unbelievable expensive, they kind of work with you.
