Computer Repair
They got me in immediately, when my computer crashed and I had it back the next day, working perfectly. They were able to save most of my files. The new program they installed, also gives me a guarantee, that if it were to happen again, it would be repaired at no charge. I was billed for two hours for this repair, which is the price quoted.

Computer Repair
I HAD TO TAKE MY TOWER IN TWICE. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FIX THE UNIT. I'M SURE THEY TRIED THEIR BEST AND CARED, BUT WERE NOT ABLE TO KEEP THE PC FROM CRASHING AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT. I WOULD HAVE LIKED A BETTER EXPERIENCE.
