Luis and his two associates showed up and worked diligently for two and one half hours. I sat and watched them work, and when they came down I said to Luis "from what I saw you guys do that roof will never leak again." That was one week ago, and last night it rained heavily, and there is no leak where we used to get one. This crew is very professional and accomplished. I was very impressed with how meticulous they were with measurements, and everything the estimate said they would use to stem the leak was used: flashing, lead, ice and water paper, and new shingles. They cleaned up on the roof and on the ground before they left, and you would never know anyone had been here. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The work was done in March 2005. The chimney flashing was not inserted into the mortar. Water leaked inside and damaged interior. Contractor paid $810 to fix. Now dormer roof leaks, resulting in more interior ceiling damage. The nail spacing on the shingles was incorrect. The roof was installed 15 years ago, but it should have lasted 30 years. Maybe the company has improve since then, but I won't take the risk.

Sorry, this will take awhile to read. I am not a happy customer. I guess the job was subcontracted to Melani Construction, Inc. The job started a day late (after I took the day off from work) because the van assigned to my job "broke down". The materials were delivered on the day the job was supposed to start, 11/10/2020, which, to me, should have been delivered the day before the job is to start. I was told by Chris that it is a two day job. It turned into a week with a couple days of rain and having to clean up the mess afterwards. I had the top roof shingled and had an "L" shape lower rubber roof replaced. This will take too long to write out so I will just make a list of what the roofers messed up on. 1. They were a day late. 2. Top roof seemed to go ok at first, they put up a screen to cover the side of the house and to catch debris. Before long, the screen came down, shoveled the old roofing material onto my driveway, plants, and bushes, aluminum flashing and plastic wrap from the shingle packages wrapped around my electrical wires coming into my house. 3. ALL my gutters has (had) metal leaf guards, there were none after they cleaned up their mess, they threw them out, too. I told Chris this and he said that only one side had the gutter guards. I said every gutter had them. He looked at me like I was lying, but said he would replace them and to give him a week or two. 4. This was a two day job that turned into a week plus. 5. When shoveling off the debris, some material hit the siding and scuffed it. 6. On the rubber roof, I saw that something was underneath. Chris took a look and said it was a pebble and he was able to push it down and into the Styrofoam, that it wasn't a nail or screw. The roofers should not have left it like that. 7. The roofers should have put rags into the downspouts of the gutters, instead, they used a leaf blower to clean off the roof after sweeping the bulk off the side, and clogged at least three spouts, one of which goes down directly into a pipe in the ground then runs under the back yard to drain. 8. Some damage to plants/bushes and will take the next couple springs to clean everything out that the roofers blew into my gardens. 9. The roofers threw the empty cans of soda onto the ground instead of leaving them on the pic nic table making it look more sloppier than it already did. My boss would be appalled if I left my station sloppy like this company did and treated my customers the way I was treated here. How embarrassing. This company has been paid in full. Let's see if I have any leaks and how long it takes to get ALL the gutter guards replaced.

Sebastian was both very professional and knowledgeable. His was great to deal with, and did the job perfectly. I would recommend him to a family member or friend that needed work done on their roofs. Also, I would contact him again if I needed any more work on my house or porch roof.

Showed up as promised and cleaned up before leaving also left me contact info in case of problems.

Stay clear from this company. They come to your property unannounced, walk on your property without first notifying the homeowner. They produce an estimate but they have no documentation to substantiate the numbers for the work that they are going to do and or for the amount of materials to be used. I requested a tally on the amount of squares and wsa told that they were not interested in doing my roof now. THe reason being is this: They simply threw out a number without measuring the house. They said they would do an Eagle View and give me a copy of this but yet they never did. They told me that it would cost them money. Let me just say that stay clear from this company. They upsell the GAF product and put down all other roofing manunfactures. Time to notify the BBB and Angie's List. BEWARE!

It went well. The team was professional and responsive and right from the start when I made the 1st phone call. Once on the job they worked very hard to ensure that the building was protected as they were impacted by very stormy weather following the start of the project. They cleaned up the site as if they were never there. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic job. Entire job done in 1-day. Neat and clean. Professional roofer. We could not be happier. We love our new room.

After contacting Above All Roofing I was quickly notified by Cyle. He was very polite, professional and courteous. We agreed on a time that worked best for me and he showed up exactly when he said he would! After inspecting the roof it was determined that the missing flashing from my chimney was most likely the culprit. Within a day or 2 I was emailed a quote to fix the flashing and also a full roof replacement quote. I decided to go with the full roof replacement. Once again I contacted Cyle and he set up an appointment to meet and was once again there when he said he would be. Once the contract was signed a day was set up for installation. The crew that showed up was awesome! Chris, Cyle and the rest of the crew showed up early and did not stop at all! It was a very smooth and seamless process and any additional work that needed to be done was communicated to me. I was extremely impressed with the whole process from beginning to end. Shaun has done a tremendous job with this company and I would recommend anyone looking to have roof repairs to give Above All Roofing a call! A+! Thank you guys the house looks great!

It went very well. I have used AAR a couple of times, and they are always responsive, and the job was completed to my satisfaction.

They came 2 days later unannounced because they were in the neighborhood. They took some measurements and said that they would call me to have someone come out and look at it. They never called back or showed up. So much for the "We always call back" slogan

Contacted promptly, issued reasonable quote for repair. Team did not install vent for bathroom as discussed and had to return the next day to rip up brand new roof and install. Also, repair work for woodpecker damage along soffit was left unfinished and partially collapsed just days later.

Shaun and his crew were great. Shaun spent the time needed to adequately assess the job and made suggestions that saved us money and resulted in an even better appearance. Price was fair and work was done on time and with great care. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. The owner is very disorganized and thoroughly unreliable. He came by to once to give an estimate and then didn't call back. I called him on SIX separate occasions and he couldn't remember who I was. He promised to call back each time but didn't.. Pretty incredible given that "We call you Back" is printed on his truck. I cannot judge the quality of his work?it may be very good?but it was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend him to anyone.

The owner (Shaun) communicated promptly on the quote, that was the lowest of the four I received, and was flexible with the date the work was conducted. The crew arrived on time, and during the day of the work I communicated several times with one of Shaun's employees who stayed on site overseeing the work for the duration of most of the project. The crew seemed experienced and worked professionally. The materials used were high quality. There was a surprise for us (although perhaps not so much for an experienced roof contractor) under the decades old shingles - there was no roof sheathing/plywood under the old shingles. This jacked up the price from the quote to almost twice from the original, and extended the work to two days instead of one that was the original estimate. The price per square foot on plywood to be used in case the old plywood needed to be replaced varied about .50 per sq ft among contractors in the quotes that I had received, and Shaun's was at the high end. It is worth negotiating that price and at the minimum making a back of the envelope calculation as to how much extra you will pay if you end up replacing the plywood on the entire roof. That possibility did not come up with any of the contractors I had received quotes from. The finished roof looks great and so far I have only run into a handful of pieces of old shingle material or nails on the property - this must be impossible to avoid - in my opinion the cleanup was as good as it could have been. This company requires half of the quote price in advance.

It was a very good experience. They did a good job and they cleaned up well. It made the whole house look better. The architectural make the house look a lot richer.

I contacted Shaun about replacing the roof on my rental property. Shaun came by and he gave me a very detailed quote over email of what was and was not included. This was great and set me up perfectly for my questions which led to a revised quote when we met in person and I put down a deposit. A few weeks later, the crew showed up and they got the job done quickly and efficiently and didn't leave a mess or destroy my yard. I did want to take a moment to set expectations for anyone reading these reviews. It did take 7 weeks from initial contact for my roof to get done. But for a non-emergency job I think this is A level service.

During the estimate process, Shaun was professional, not pushy, and responded to email/voice messages in a timely manner. Due to an uncooperative Mother Nature, the job had to be pushed back two days to a Saturday. Being a Saturday, Shaun was busy but made sure to be here at the start, stopped by in the middle, and was here to make a final inspection with us. Anthony and his crew were great. They were here bright and early and completed the job in a single day as planned. They are hard working, knew exactly what they were doing and worked well together. We are very happy with the roof and other work they did and would recommend them to others.

I called Shaun and left a message. He returned my call promptly and was able to fit me in the next day. He and his crew arrived as scheduled. They were able to clear the snow off of my roof (house and garage) in under an hour. Shaun was very knowledgable and helped guide us with regards to next steps in dealing with the damage to our home.

They were very responsive and competed the job quickly.
