Service was each week - punctual and if I had a problem he was there
quickly to rectify. Closed pool right after Labor Day 2012
"Mrs F is correct in a few aspects I did tell her she needed new cartridges but i have no control over how fast they come in from the supplier. I only stopped returning her calls when she left a message for me not to come that she found the cartridges herself. I really enjoyed Mrs F as a customer and am deeply upset that she moved on and i wasnt able to service her as she would have liked I hope that someday we can patch things up."
