Work was promptly scheduled to meet needs of house sale. Technician verified appointment before coming and showed up on time. Inspection was completed and report documented as requested, all very professionally.

Very professional servicing.  We've had trouble with the draw since an insert was put in the fireplace (a second floor had been added years ago and the chimney wasn't raised sufficiently).  The new clue isn't beautiful but it is functional and the wood stove insert works much better now.  They'll be returning for an annual cleaning in a few weeks.

This is the second time I used them, they do a good job, clean up after themselves and reasonably priced.

Don Jr. was our sweep, he was great.  Very friendly and thorough.  He explained everything to me as he went along.  He took photos of the chimney from the roof and showed them to me on his laptop.  He cleaned up as he worked and there was no evidence that he was there after he had finished.  Would recommend!!!

They are very professional and do a very good job. If there are ever any problems they come right away and take care of it.

They did the job in a really timely manner. They were great to work with. We read some reviews on Angie's List, so we decided to use them. When we moved into the house, the basement was filled with gas. This was the first company that responded to our calls. They came back that day, as well as the next day. They then came out the next week to finish the project.

Highly recommend. These folks are the real deal.

The chimney was not swept(had already been done)but had a basic inspection by the technician free of charge. He was thorough and took the time to educate and explain important matters regarding the functionality of the chimney. We ordered the chimney cap and he came back two weeks later and installed it. He was punctual, polite and and clean.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I ACTUALLY RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY SISTER AND A FEW FRIENDS AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD. THEY DID EVERYTHING PERFECT AND THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY EASY TO WORK AND DEAL WITH. THEY WERE ON TIME WHEN THEY CAME AND WHEN THEY LEFT. THEY CLEANED THE WHOLE PLACE UP FOR ME AND I NEVER HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM.
