Frederickson Farm is an authorized Platinum Plus dealer for Harman wood & pellet stoves, as well as Quadra Fire stoves (Consumer Report rated the Harman P68 as the BEST pellet stove in the market today!). We install, repair, & clean these stoves, as well as other brands. If you need a replacement part for your Harman stove, most likely, we have it in stock! With the rising prices of home heating oil and propane, wood & wood pellet stoves have become a very attractive heat alternative. Our showroom has every Harman wood & pellet stove on display, including their central heating units. We are Rhode Island's exclusive distributor of Vermont Wood Pellets,which has been rated by woodpelletsreview.com as the cleanest, & one of the highest BTU pellet on the market. The pellets can be picked up at our stove shop, or we can deliver them to you.

Everything goes fine with the install and afterwards they go over how to operate the stove with me, step by step. While going over this i ask them a question regarding the final bill and the 10% off offer. I was told that it was only if you pulled it out of the can. You could pull up to ten percent off the purchase. That's not what was disclosed to me at the store and also on their website which i said. Then i'm told that the 10% off was actually for the Tax Credit the goverment is offering for this year and that I misinterpreted it. Basically it''s an additional $300 off which is good. I still find it a little upsetting that they didn't stand behind the offer of 10% off. Per website it said and quot;Minimum 10% off of your purchaseand quot; I feel that if a business makes an offer or sale they should stand behind it.
That being said i'm impressed with the install and the quality of the product. I just wish that they would have been a little more up front with their customers.
