Incredibly happy with the service and work from Atlas. We reinsulated our entire attic as we plan on finishing the space so it’s a sizable area. Their representative was amazing, talking through multiple options, planning out out the details and explained everything perfectly. Day of the work, the crew came out on exact time and finished the entire job in one day! The end result is outstanding, perfectly scraped and above and beyond expectations, they even did additional sealing that I didn’t think of to ensure the perfect barrier. On returning home everything was immaculate, and did a quick temperature test downstairs and in the attic and both were identical (which says something about our old insulation but speaks volumes to the great work that Atlas did). Simply stunned by the professionalism, competitive pricing and quality of the work. Thank you Atlas!

Called Atlas for a quote in which they were given a passcode to enter the house as the property was unoccupied and my son was working, they responded by coming out to inspect the property. Question was posed at time of setting up an appointment for the quote as to what the estimated time would be for the work to be performed and a timeframe was given by my son based on completion of the demolition of existing walls and new wiring installed. An estimate was given thru email. At no time was there a signed contract as other companies were being considered based on quotes. Upon the estimated date in which given for possible work to be performed my son arrived at the "empty" property still being worked on to find Atlas workers about to leave. My son asked what was going on and they explained they had just completed the insulation job. My son asked who ordered the job to be performed as he had not nor his wife and explained that the electrical work was not completed and the inside walls were exposed for wiring to be put in and inspection by the town. Atlas workers could not answer. The outcome of the ordeal was insulation had to be removed to complete the wiring and inspections needed. Let me stress they had no permission to do the work as there was no contract, they entered onto the property without permission and caused more work to be performed to remove what they had done. My son was mailed a bill in which he called and told them he was not paying and they eventually hired an attorney to collect on after several conversations between my son and Atlas office personnel. The bill and fees were paid to the attorney but we are now considering a law suit at this time for trespassing and vandalism. Do not call them as they are running a corrupt business and do work without contracts! The house was built in the 1700's

The house was an absolute mess. You would have thought that they insulated the whole house. We have a 14 month old and we had to wash all her toys and books. The insulation was done upstairs in the attic and we found insulation on our kitchen table, bedroom, hallway and all over our bathroom. There was insulation on my child's toys in the bathtub. My wife and I spent three hours cleaning everything down. We had to wipe all the walls and then vacuum everything. All our dishes and child's bottles had to be rewashed.

We have plenty of pictures to prove how sloppy they were. The worst part is we called and complained. They took our number down to look into the matter and we never heard back. Apparently the management is as sloppy as their employees.

Never hire them unless you have a clean service ready to go afterwards.

The job was very messy and the foam smelled. Very bad installation job and the result was a smelly house.

Originally contacted 3 companies for prices, and all prices within 10% of each other . Atlas was preferred by my carpenter.  They were able to schedule the job within the timeline of the plasterers and electricians, which was most important.

My only concern was that the city inspector noticed that the window cavities were not insulated.  I finished insulating the window cavities with fiberglass batts. I didn't make an issue of that.

No problem with insulation. My problems were that the crew left plastic wrap covered with spray foam on one side of my addition. Their truck burnt a 2' diameter hole in my new lawn, and I have spray foam on my lattice the surrounds the bottom of addition. I waited for a follow up call from the company to ask if I was satisfied with the work performed. No call was made , just a receipt in the mail. I never called the company about it either. My feeling is if they cared they would of followed up with a call seeing no one was home at time of the work, so don't think they would of cared if I called to complain. Same way on sale of the job. No set date to do the work, was called the afternoon before , when told them I would need 2 days to open up a area so they could gain access. Overall the works seems fine although I won't know till winter. But clean up and no follow up put a bad taste in my mouth as far as calling them to do more work.

Took a couple of calls to finally get someone to respond with an estimate. Once we got the ball rolling things went pretty smoothly. 3 men showed up when they said they would and did a nice job installing the foam insulation in the floor of my cottage. Cost $1300.00 to insulate about 200 sq ft of floor space. I suppose it would have been the same price to insulate the whole floor but I knew they couldnt get full access since it was a crawl area.  Product is great and was installed well. Sure we'll get back our money over the years with the savings we'll get from the added insulation. Overall, I was happy to get the job done and would refer to others. Just wish it wasnt so expensive.

Atlus was very responsive in getting back to us with an estimate and then a price quote. When I corresponded with them via e-mail, I received responses within 24 hours. The gentleman who came to give the estimate was very professional and personal. On the day of the installation, we had a very bad snowstorm and I assumed the job would be delayed; however the workers did show up, to my surprise. The installation went well, the bad weather conditions made it a messy job with workers going in and out of the house, but mother nature had more to do with that then the workers. Once the installation was finished the workers cleaned up; however, one area that was not cleaned was outside. A significant amount of the blown-in insulation material had discharged outside and I did not find it until the following day, cleaning this up was a hassle. Overall I think the company did a good job with my job.

They were very good. The sales person was honest and had a lot of integrity. He had good displays and explanations for everything. The price was fair. They were very efficient and they did a good job. They were very nice people. There was no mess afterwards.
