He and his father were very courteous and efficient. He kept me updated on his eta as his prior job ran over. My subzero freezer needed a new evaporator motor installed and I had the part already. The job was done in under an hour, the space completely cleaned up and the freezer is working well again. I'd recommend Robert M for an appliance repair in a heartbeat.

Robert was the first repairman who called me back and came out to diagnose the fridge problem on the same day (Sunday). He provided the parts list needed which I ordered. After parts arrived he came back the next day. Thorough and explained the issue and how to fix it.

We are very pleased with Robertâ s work- it was done well and completed within days of our request.

I’m very pleased with this Pro! First he was able to get on-site within 24 hours of my initial request. He worked quickly and professionally, while also being friendly and courteous. We had to wait a bit for the necessary part to arrive, but in the meantime Robert M made sure that the fridge worked temporarily so we could use it.
