My roof has a lot of different angels. Rick and his team were on time, worked efficiently and were able to complete this job in a day and a half. He gave me a fair price and kept his word. I would highly recommend Rick as a professional.

Mr. Defond was a very professional and responsive person to work with. He provided an estimate in advance, did the work, provided us photographs of the roof work along the way for insurance purposes, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was punctual, cleaned up thoroughly every evening at the end of their work, which even allowed me to entertain in the evenings while the new roof was being installed. I would HIGHLY recommend Ricky Defond roofers to anyone in the RI and southeast MA areas By the way he, was extremely reasonable.... we got multiple price quotes and while his quote was not the cheapest, it was no where near the highest we got either.

Half the roof was replaced in a day as promised, however, the clean-up wasn't great. I found nails everywhere and had to ask Rick to come back to take stray shingles off the front of the roof.

Rick showed up withing 24 hrs of my call to quote the job. He was professional and had his lic, BBB info and certificate of insurance. He quoted me that night and handed me a professional contract. I called him the next day to give him the job. Rick showed up the day he promised and I explained to him that my wife was worried about her flowers in front of the house. He made sure no damage was done. I have and will continue to tell my friends if they need a roof to call rick.

Excellent; they were fast and efficient. Rick discussed all aspects of the job and gave us good advice. Also, he came back three years later to check on something we called about, applied some tar near the edge of the roof on a short section, and didn't charge us anything. He was always interested in doing good work and making sure the customer was satisfied.
