I couldn't believe how clean the bathrooms came out. I thought we would need to buy 2 new toilets before the house goes up for sale - after Miss Goody cleaned it we only really need 1 toilet seat. WOW.

Great. They did a perfect job. I haven't seen the cement floor this clean since it was poured years ago.

I did not see the results as I was on my way to new residence in another state by the time cleaning happened. Realtor reported cleaners arrived and finished on time, was satisfied with work.

We have been using J and M Pro cleaners the past 4 years and could not be happier! The team does a FABULOUS job every time they clean. They are wonderful with our 2 cats and extremely trustworthy. Working full-time, sometimes longer, the last thing I want to do is clean my home. J and M Pro cleaners does this for us and they are the absolute BEST! Thank-you J and M Pro Cleaners. Tom and Trish

J and M Pro Cleaning staff have been keeping our house in great shape for several years. The company makes it easy for us to schedule cleanings, and the staff members are efficient, hard-working, and pleasant. They bring their own cleaning materials but are also happy to use our own "special" products when needed.

Horrible! I would never hire these people again! They claim to be pet friendly but complained about the presence of my cats (who were hiding and terrified and never bothered anyone). They claimed that there was "cat urine all over the place," which was completely untrue. The three women sent to clean my home were unfriendly and called Jack twice to complain about imagined issues instead of bringing them to my attention, and I was home for the whole cleaning process. Jack would call me and tell me that one of his workers called him with issues. VERY unprofessional. My walls are streaky, and my appliances were half cleaned (roofs of microwaves and other appliances not touched, several blinds in the home not touched, several areas of the home not dusted at all. I feel like I basically threw $300 away since I had to go over their incomplete work/streaks/etc. to correct it and also had to clean the areas that were not touched. VERY disappointing experience. I would avoid this company and wouldn't consider hiring again, even for $50 for the whole house. Not worth the aggravation and lack of professionalism!

I have been quite remiss and tardy in writing this review. I have written so many positive reviews for providers way too fast and didn't wait to see if the quality of each persevered. Sadly, most did not. So, I waited (and waited and waited) for more than a few years before writing a review for this company. 1. The very first day was the longest, most thorough and proved to be a template of the quality and consistency the workers would give me every two weeks. I was there the entire day, able to see the transformation of my home. 2. Every visit, the crew appears at the EXACT time they're due. They have never been late and always, always come with smiles and amazing energy. No time is wasted at all. The training that is provided to the staff is beyond any I have before seen. They work non-stop until they're sure the job is done. 3. The women are so very thoughtful, creative, eager to reach a level of perfection that has often been greater than my own. 4. Their flexibility and understanding of my changing needs remains a constant. If I want an area to receive an intense cleaning, I usually decide what other areas can be omitted unless I contact Jack (owner) beforehand to request more time. The staff has never complained about a change in the routine. 5. My work as a clinical social worker often involves late-night urgent situations and I'm awake only long enough to let them in the house, return to bed, and waken to a lovely, clean home. Or, if I need to leave, they clean my office first so I can lock it up and leave. My own liability insurance requires me to stay when any workers are present. These women have been very considerate of this. 6. When a tough cleaning obstacle appears, it stays in the minds of these folks and they return with some new ideas. I had installed a stone-type floor in my kitchen and hall that was tearing apart every mop they or I used. Two weeks later, they returned with more ideas. 7. It has been rare in these several years for a new worker to appear, which says much for the incredibly low turnover this company has. The 'captain' of the crew makes sure that the high standards of this company are met each visit - from each worker, old & new. 8. I look forward to the day J & M are coming - not only is the house clean, but it's also filled the home with smiles, energy, loveliness, and renewal. 9. Professionalism continues to rule with this company. I have NEVER heard any negative comments made to or around me about their employer, co-workers, or customers. This is relatively rare in my experience with other companies. It is a quality I greatly value. Their trustworthiness is unsurpassed. I have been most fortunate in finding J & M; this is the only company I have worked with that has maintained all I described since the first day we met. Without hesitation, I strongly encourage anyone to give them a call and have repeat "Day Ones" every time they come to your home.

J&M sent a team of 3 women who worked very hard. My house actually sparkles it's so clean. They were polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future or recommend them to others.

I'm so pleased. The hardwoods look practically new again. The bathroom sparkles beyond expectations. Everything they did has been beyond my expectations. Other companies over the last few years were disappointing, so I can make comparisons. I'd like to be able to afford them more often, but I'll have them back monthly for sure.

There was a very disturbing issue with one of the women who came to clean my house but Jack quickly took care of the situation. He was responsive to my concerns and handled a very delicate situation with professionalism. The woman no longer works for this company. If it hadn't been for this problem, I would have given J & M Pro Cleaning an A. Obviously, the A rating for "Professionalism" is for the two women who did an excellent job and for Jack, not the woman who was fired.

A team of four arrived on time and finished the job in the time allotted. The team was efficient, professional, attentive to the instructions I'd sent beforehand, and careful with fragile stuff like old light fixtures. My house is now sparkling. Scheduling was done via email with Jack. Communications were excellent, prompt and to the point. I've scheduled them for routine cleaning going forward, and I couldn't be happier. I should have done this years ago.

Fantastic. The two women who were sent were great. The worst thing was the bath tub. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in six years. They scrubbed the floors and the tile they washed inside and outside closets and cupboards, washed woodwork, baseboards, doors and window casements.

The team at J and M Pro Cleaning did a fantastic job. I needed my apartment cleaned after moving out, and I think it is cleaner now than it was when I moved in. They were on time, prepared, and finished ahead of schedule. I had a team of four and everyone was friendly and courteous, and my apartment is now sparkling clean. I would certainly recommend them and look forward to using them for my new home.

I was SO PLEASED with their service. The owner was very concerned about prompt and thorough response to whatever I needed. Even though I was a first-time customer, they were very accommodating to get me into a tight schedule on short notice. The crew that came to perform the service were fantastic and did a wonderful job. They even accomplished some cleaning tasks that I thought were impossible (like some of the stainless steel smudges that I had worked on for months). They were professional and got right down to work. They were ready to accommodate anything I requested. They were clear and hard working. I appreciated hearing from the owner mid-way through the service to check to make sure that everything was going as I wanted, and it was clear that he had been in touch with the crew about anything unexpected.
A VERY Thorough and Professional Organization.
I have had poor experiences with other cleaners, so this was a welcome surprise.
I will definitely be using them again!!!!

Everyone was great. The entire team had a long drive but left plenty of time for traffic and arrived early. They worked tirelessly all day long cleaning everything, including: walls, baseboards, inside drawers, inside appliances, everywhere you can imagine. The place looked great when they were done. It's a large place with an in-law section so it was a lot of man-hours. Jack kept in contact throughout to make sure I was happy with the service, and I was. Will use again.

The team did great they took the time to ensure my wife and I were happy with the cleaning.  They were on time an very flexible.  Not all companies will work around our schedule Jack and his team were more than flexible.  I would not hesitate in hiring them.  We actually had them take over from our old crew.

J&M Pro Cleaning is a family-owned cleaning company that has proved exceptional service for our family for the past 3 yrs. Starting with a deep cleaning needed when my daughter was returning from an extended hospital stay up through today Jack and Michelle have provided truly excellent cleaning services. Jack is very organized and always sets and confirms appts in advance. He consistently provided loyalty discounts over the years and always accommodated special requests. Michelle and her team have always done an excellent job thoroughly cleaning in a minimal time. Not only is my house spotless but Michelle leaves treats for our cat and has made friends with our daughter who loves seeing her when she's home. I highly recommend J&M for their quality service, reasonable price and great customer service!

We have been using J&M for approximately 10 months and have been very satisfied with the experience. It is very easy to schedule appointments with Jack (we do it all through email). He was open to finding a level of service that matched our budget, and he has been accommodating when we needed to change our standing appointment. The staff are always nice and exhibit a high degree of professionalism; they consistently arrive on time and do a very thorough and detail oriented cleaning. They were also receptive to our request to use particular products after the arrival of our baby. We are pleased with the service and plan to continue using the company regularly.

I was very happy with J and M Pro Cleaning. The three women, who cleaned our house, were thorough, professional, and very kind to our cats! We recently had our basement refinished, and with all the construction and work, the house cleaning had fallen well-behind schedule. The whole house was pretty dusty and unkept. Now, the house is clean, clear, dust-free. I feel like I just want to sit and stare at it all day because it looks so good. (And my six-year-old son was super excited to find his stuffed animals and toys all lined up nicely on his bed. He refused to move them when he went to sleep last night.) In addition to the solid work with cleaning, I was also pleased by Jack's professionalism and promptness. He was in contact with me on a consistent basis, we discussed the parameters of the work in detail, and he followed up immediately.
