Everything went well.

Kevin arrived on time and did an amazing job installing the natural gas line connection outdoors my home for my brand new gas grill. He explained everything he was doing to me and did it fast, reliably, and professionally. He was also half the price of the other quote I got for the same install. I suspect they were just quoting me double what Kevin did simply because of the town I live in. If I were you I would use Kevin at Five Star Plumbing and heating again in a heartbeat on any other issues I have.

Kevin is very faithful to his customers . He tries to get back to me as soon as possible. Scheduling an appointment is fine.

Although the job was supposed to span two days, Kevin was here two days *in advance* (Monday) to mark the old heating pipes for the demolition company (to indicate where the pipes should be cut when the old boilers are removed). Due to a an unfortunate miscommunication on the part of the demolition company, Kevin had to come back that same day to drain the old boilers, disconnect them from the gas line, and disconnect them from the water line. The following day (Tue), Kevin was on hand to accept delivery of the new equipment, and along with a helper the new equipment was unpackaged and brought down into the basement. The packaging material was removed by Kevin et. al. (obviously). On Wednesday morning Kevin +2 arrived promptly at 8 am (7:55, actually...), they set up shop and set off to work. Being a first-time homeowner, I spent a lot of time hovering, asking questions, etc. The crew was very pleasant and didn't seem to mind my presence at all. The installation of the two boilers and one water heater was completed on Thu just before 1pm, so all in all about a day and a half of work. The boilers/heater look fantastic down there, expertly installed and solid as a rock. My basement has no trace of the job - all garbage was disposed of, floor was swept...they even locked the back door behind them. So what else can I say? Spending $11k is not easy, and these guys conduct themselves as if to show you that they know it. Highly recommend!

Kevin and his helper John arrived on time. They were both very pleasant to deal with casually as well as professionally. They explained every aspect of the job with as much detail as I requested. They completed the job promptly and left the job site cleaner than it was when they arrived. They even took some time after the job to quickly troubleshoot some other plumbing issues around the house, and gave me some general advice about those issues. Kevin's pricing was very competitive (much better than other quotes I received) and I'm looking forward to having him back again in two weeks to replace a couple of boilers and a water heater. Highly recommend!

It went very well. He was on time. The service was prompt and we have had no trouble since.

I had Kevin in to do a few jobs at once. Most important was to install a pressure reducing valve. The water coming into my house was at 120psi, causing several leaky faucets through the years.

Kevin provided an estimate beforehand. On the date of service he arrived on-time. Completed all jobs, work area was spotless.

I'm extremely satisfied with all the work.

This is the third time that we have used Five Star Plumbing. Everytime the work has been outstanding.

Also, Kevin is very knowledgeable about the various choices for piping and equipment (as he should be of course). However, he clearly explains the pros and cons. He does not push to do work that is unnecessary.

For this past job the estimate was for the first three services listed above. He included the shut off for the hot water heater without increasing the cost.
