Chris showed up prompty when he was supposed to. Explained what he was doing, explained what certain stains were and whether they would be reduced or eliminated. He worked efficiently (new house purchase so no furniture to move). He even helped me set up my dehumidifyer so the basement carpet would dry faster. Will definitely hire for the next carpet cleaning.

We purchased a new home and the carpets were in rough shape. There were many spots from the previous owners. Chris was up front regarding the spots and what would come out, what wouldn't and what would fade considerably after the cleaning. I didn't have high expectations to begin with regarding the stains, I just wanted them to be clean, so the end result exceeded my expectations since many came out completely and the bad ones were considerably less noticable. The quote over the phone was lower than actual, but that is mainly due to estimating the size of the rooms. He is considerably less in cost than other "A" rated companies on Angies List. He even gave me a couple of tips along the way to keep my carpets clean and remove certain spots.

It was just one guy who came and he was on time. He did the work very fast and was very thorough. The price was a little more than I expected, but it was still okay.

He arrived right on time, set up his stuff quickly and was done in about an hour. The furniture and rug look great!

Chris Loranger came to our home on time and equipped. He steam cleaned our six upholstered dining room chairs and applied scotch guard protector. The job took 45 minutes and Chris did a stellar job. The chairs look beautiful. Also, Chris charged us exactly what he quoted us on the phone. I will definitely call him again when we need his services.
