"yes i was hired to install a heating unit with humitiy, as to there specs they were installing 2 hotdog hanging units with a humidifier, I told customer that it would be better to install a 90% gas furnace so that way fuel cost would be better , in no way shape or form did I say I was a hot yoga specialist I just gave them a better system some business owners should check into the type of busines before starting a business that they know nothing about. then they said I broke there 25 year old a/c system that has not been serviced since it was installed. We had factory reps out to the site a number of times only to tel them it would not work the way thay wanted it to, in closing a hot yoga studio should cost about $25,000- $30,000 dollars installed not $7,500.00 I do not feel that I robbed anyone. Read up on it on line google it."

"WE DID NOT INSTALL HER SYSTEM. SHE HAS NO SERVICE CONTRACT, WE GOT A CALL THAT WATER WAS LEAKING THROUGH HER CEILING. WE WENT OUT & 2 WEEKS LATER AGAIN. THERE WAS WATER LINE RUNNING ACROSS HER CEILING. THE LEAK WAS TRACED TO HER ATTIC TO A RUSTY DUCT LINE WET WHERE THE CEILING WAS WET. THE DRAIN EXITS IN THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE HOUSE AND NOT NEAR THE WET SPOTS AT ALL. WE TOOK A PICTURE AND SHOWED HER AND TOLD HER TO CALL THE INSTALLERS. SHE SAID THEY DID THE JOB MOONLIGHTING WITHOUT A LICENSE OR PERMIT. I FEEL SHE WAS LOOKING FOR A SCAPEGOAT TO GET HER CEILING PAINTED. I AM CONFIDENT IN MY TROUBLESHOOTING ABILITIES AND STAND BY THE WAY WE HANDLED HER CALL. SHE REPORTED ME TO BBB AND I WAS ABSOLVED OF ANY WRONG DOING. SHE MADE A MISTAKE HIRING UNLICENSED INSTALLERS WITH NO PERMIT AND THEN TRIED TO SHIFT THE BLAME ON ME. DUANE, D & D METAL WORKS, INC."
