He came in May of 2014 to install. By July vines were coming into the basement between the window and the foundation due to poor insulation. I had to pay someone else to properly insulate. Now, 2016 one of the windows does not open. Hope Depot sent someone to inspect (not the installer) and agreed the window needs to be replaced. Lousy job by installer and maybe just a lousy product offered by Home Depot. I did not choose the cheapest, I went on the recommendation of the "best" by the installer.
