Description of Work: I have been using their services (oil change, tires, etc.) for a couple of years now and I can't beat their friendliness and caring about their customers. I went in there once to have new windshield wipers put on and they told me I didn't need them (they were right). Many other places would have just put new ones one.

Prices were fair on tires we purchased (General and Firestone tires). Great friendly service. I will go there again and I recommend them to anyone needing tires.

 + -1 mored.I stopped in earlier in the week to price a set of tires. Several options were offered and I chose the Firestones. Made an appt for Friday at 1:00 pm. Car was ready in 45 minutes with the new tires ready to go. Fast, efficient and friendly service. I will go back soon as I have another car needing tires. I'm pleased with this experience at TirePros in North Kingstown.

 + -1 moreThey did it for free. They are very reasonable. They are very prompt, professional and very helpful. They always fixed it the way they said they would. They are very clean and efficient. They are very nice and I usually get an appointment right away and fairly soon when I need it. They are excellent. We have gone there several times and they have done something for free because we do regular jobs there so if we have a minor repairs like a tire thing they do it free.
Description of Work: I used Tire Pros for auto repair. They fixed a slow leak in my daughter’s car tire.

Description of Work: I had snow tires mounted on new wheels delivered to Tire Pros from Tire Rack. Tire Pros removed the regular tires/wheels and installed the (pre-balanced) snow tires/wheels. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the price was very reasonable . I was completely satisfied with the work that was done.

 + -1 more. I have an old 97 Buick and they were the only place to get the brakes fixed correctly. This time i went there for a flat and oil change. They fixed it in a timely manner and did not charge me for the flat. The spare was put neatly back in the trunk. That rates an A+ from me

 + 0 moreObviously, this was our worst experience with an auto service company ever.
Description of Work: This is a safety warning. Tire Pros endangered our lives by claiming they could mount tires on aluminum alloy wheels when in fact they could not. The best way to demonstrate the urgency of this safety warning is to tell our story. First, we have a 2000 Volvo S80 Turbo -- because of the "turbo" in the name, we have 17 inch performance tires mounted on aluminum alloy wheels. For years, I had the dealer -- Inskip -- replace the tires. However, one time I was in a hurry to get new tires so went down to Tire Pros in North Kingstown right off Post Road by the Post Office. I got 4 new tires for about $900. Within a few months, the tires started to go flat (with about 5 thousand miles on them). I pumped them up a few times, but then we took the car back to Tire Pros to see if they could find the problem. They claimed we had nails in three of the tires. We could not fathom how that could be (they did not show us the nails) since the car is garaged and had not been near a construction site. Shortly, the tires started to go flat again. I went back with the car. This time, they blamed the aluminum allow wheels and said our car was too old to properly seal the tires. Again, I took the bait. We had a flat and the tire was ruined; we replaced it at Tire Pros. Another; and we replaced it; finally, my wife had a terrible blow out on Interstate 91 north and luckily did not have an accident. That did it. I took the car back to Inskip about 2 years ago. We replaced all four tires with exactly the same brand tires as Tire Pros has sold us. Since Inskip installed these tires 15 months ago, we have had no problem at all. The tires have stayed inflated. My surmisal is that Tire Pros does not have the expertise and/or the equipment to work with performance tires on aluminum alloy wheels. If this is true, as it seems to be, they are endangering lives. If you have a car with aluminum allow wheels, be very careful about using Tire Pros, at least the one in North Kingstown.
