They respond quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and they give me a good estimate. They fixed things well.

Yelp Write a Review Log In Sign Up Spencer's Plumbing Eek! Methinks not. READ THIS REVIEW!!!! I hired Spencer's Plumbing to install a heating system in a rental unit. The house is small cottage, roughly 450sf. His quote included using a gas fired on demand hot water heater for heat. When I questioned him about using a hot water heater for heat, he assured me that he has done it many times for houses this small. This approach DID NOT WORK! I have texts between the owner, Mike and I that show he was avoiding fixing the issue and texts from my tenant. I also contacted plumbing supply company's about this issue and they clearly stated that hot water heaters can only reach 140 degrees, very shy of the temperature needed to supply heat to a house. Mike gave me the run around for months, saying his guys would be there to fix it, the wrong heater got delivered, the new heater was broken, he was tied up on another job, ect ect ect..... I got every excuse from him over the course of the winter. Meanwhile I was covering my tenants gas, electric and hotel bills on nights he couldn't sleep at house (none of which were my expenses) . After many months I ended up hiring and electrician to install electric baseboard in the house and covering my tenants electric bill for the rest of the winter. I recommend staying away from Spencer's Plumbing. If anyone wants to follow through with this review I can forward texts from Mike and my tenant along with my original invoice for the job which was over $5,000!!!! I posted some screen shots between my tenants and I. If anyone has further questions I can send them corresponding screen shots between mike and I with all his excuses!

Both Jobs they were extremely responsive and professional with reasonable pricing. I would recommend them to any and everyone for there Plumbing needs.

Prompt, diligent, extremely helpful, went above and beyond... I was in hospital the the time and they helped resolve this issue quickly for my wife and children with no delay. I will not use another company for my pluming needs. The only company to use is Spencer's Plumbing.
