Home Building
They walked away from the job before completion. After 2 years of construction, I had to hire almost all trades (Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician, HVAC, Concrete Masons, etc.) to repair and finish what they did not do and none of their subs would help us because they they were not paid. Finally after hiring an attorney it took me months to remove the liens from their subs, get the occupancy permit and finally move in.
