PODS Moving & Storage

We had a wonderful experience with PODS - from beginning to end! The on-phone technician who coordinated the delivery was friendly, personable, and professional. Communication concerning the delivery window were spot-on. The worker who delivered the Pod was extremely pleasant and efficient. The manager worked with me when I requested removal -- and put me at ease for having made a "mistake" with the initial order (he said it happens a lot!). The cost is comparable to self-storage facilities - but it would have saved us from having to rent a truck and essentially move things twice - first to load, then unload the truck. We will definitely use them in the future! I did not include a price below because prices vary based on Pod size, rental duration, etc.

my roommate chose a less expensive Connex and although it was about $30 a month cheaper pod was much more professional on time and unlike the cheaper version pods do not tilt when they load and unload like the cheaper version did my glass hutch and everything of value remained perfect!!!

I wanted the container delivered on May 31st and it was. The associate that I talked to was very helpful in explaining the process and all of the charges. He also helped determine if the size that I was requesting would suit my needs. They called me  the night before to let me know the 3 hour window which to expect delivery of the container. The driver called me when he left their business to let me know he was on the way. The driver was very proffessional and we determined where best to place the unit.  The price that I included is for 2 months that I'm anticipating.

Their local office was awful. I had an absolutely horrific experience and filed several complaints. They lied about what they said to me and said they would look into my situation and file a complaint, but they never did. I never heard anything back from them and I was never credited any money back and I spent a fortune. They never admitted their mistakes. Everything was a problem with them. I would never recommend them to anyone. The only bright spot in this experience was the driver. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. Other than him, the people I dealt with nationally and locally, I would never recommend.
