The kitchen installation was average to poor. Fred Koop did electrical work he was unqualified to perform. The gutter installation was a nightmare. Sections flowed away from the drainage direction. Stagnant water would stay there and overflow onto the foundation. The roof leaked severely several years after installation. Koop answered calls promising to correct problems. He never returned. The next time I saw his face was on a channel Ten news story about ten suspects arrested for drug crimes. Guess who was in the line up.
